Pearson Hall

Pearson Hall photoPearson Hall, located on the corner of High Street and Patterson Avenue, is on the campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, a city with a population of about 8,500 (excluding students).

Oxford is in southwestern Ohio, 35 miles northwest of Cincinnati and 45 miles south of Dayton. The University was established in 1809 and is the second oldest institution of higher learning in Ohio. The Department of Microbiology, founded in 1956 by Dr. Orton K. Stark, moved from Upham Hall to Pearson Hall in 1986.
